District 12 Electoral District Association AGM

We hope you can join us next week at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9, for our District 12 Green Party District Association Annual General Meeting.

We are delighted that Green Party leader Peter Bevan-Baker has accepted our invitation to participate in a Q&A session after the official part of the meeting is concluded! 

The meeting will take place on Zoom. If you don't have good Internet access, no problem – there is also an option to call into the meeting by phone. Register using the link below, and you will be emailed with the dial-in information.

A couple of weeks ago, we sent out a call for nominations for the Coordinating Team positions up for election. At this meeting, all members in good standing are eligible to nominate themselves and to vote for the positions described below:

1. Data Coordinator: Responsible for the prospect and supporter lists, and EDA webpages, in any systems technology chosen by the Party.

2. Finance CoordinatorAccepts contributions on behalf of the GPPEI, makes or authorizes expenditures on behalf of the EDA, submit the EDA's accounts in an ongoing manner.

3. Communication Coordinator: Keeps minutes of all meetings of the EDA, conducts all ordinary correspondence of the EDA, and gives notice of all meetings to the Coordinating Team and to EDA Members.

We encourage you to attend this meeting, and also to give consideration to nominating yourself for one of the vacant positions.
