District 11 MLA: Hannah Bell
Hannah Bell is the Opposition Critic for Social Development & Housing, and serves as Green Party House Leader in the Legislature. She also sits on four committees: Health & Social Development, Legislative Management, Rules, Regulations, Private Bills and Privileges, and the Special Committee on Poverty in PEI.
About District 11 – Charlottetown-Belvedere
District 11 Charlottettown-Belvedere encompasses most of east-central Charlottetown. See the detailed map of the district on Elections PEI's website.
In the April 2019 Provincial General Election, 4,1190 people registered to vote in our district; voter turnout was 76%, with 3,185 ballots cast in total.
Green Party candidate Hannah Bell earned the vote from 1,286 constituents, or 40.4% of the total ballots cast.
The Electoral District Association
District 11 has an Electoral District Association (EDA), which is part of the Green Party structure that carries out grassroots engagements with the community, and during an election period helps prepare and carry out the district candidate's election campaign. The EDA is overseen by a Coordinating Team, the members of which were elected by District 11 members at our Founding Meeting in November 2020; currently this team consists of:

- Judith Bayliss (Communications Coordinator)
- Janice MacWilliam (Data Coordinator).
The EDA's next Annual General Meeting will be held in the fall of 2021.
