Join us on November 26th, 2016 at the Sherbrooke Community Centre in Summerside for the next semi-annual General Meeting of the Green Party of Prince Edward Island.
All are welcome! A community potluck and live music starting at approximately 7pm will follow a program including reports from leader Peter Bevan-Baker, the party president and treasurer, the Summerside-Wilmot by-election campaign team, a discussion of the results and implications of the recent plebiscite on electoral reform and the election of new officers to the GPPEI Provincial Council.
Attendees must have been members of the party for at least 30 days prior to the meeting in order vote, but anyone may attend as an observer and join us for the potluck and music that follows. New and renewed memberships may be purchased at the General Meeting.
We could use a few volunteers to help with things like set-up, clean-up and greeting and signing people in at the door during the meeting. If you are willing to lend a hand, please sign up for one of the shifts (beginning or end of the event) below. Thank you!
