Ron Wagner permanently re-settled on PEI in the spring of 1997 and lives on the Dixon Road in Breadalbane with his family.  He is a children's theatre performer who has performed at popular Island venues such as Confederation Centre of the Arts and Rainbow Valley.  Most recently, Ron had a successful summer run at the Beaconsfield Children's Festival.  Ron's stage character for 40 years has been Happy Trashpicker, a clown, puppeteer and magician who promotes recycling by building his props and set from items other people have thrown away. 

At home Ron carefully manages his own 5 acre woodlot, grows a variety of organic fruit and vegetables for his family and raises his own free-range chickens.  He also works in his neighbour's woodlot and sugar bush.  Ron believes we all need to do our part and voting Green is the least we can do.  As the proud father of 3 children, all pursuing careers and post-secondary education on the Island, Ron believes  we need to make greener choices now for the healthy future of our children and environment.
